• How do I create my account?

    If you still don’t have an account or if you need to create one, please follow the steps below:

    1. Access the Gympass website  (www.gympass.com) and click in "Register",
    2. Put your corporate e-mail or employee number and click on “Search” *
    3. Fill out the form with the requested information and click on “Create Account”;
    4. All set, now you already have a Gympass account! :)

     

    *Your company may also have a different access key, like the corporate registration number, make sure to check what is the requested one, on the welcome e-mail”.

  • How do I unlock my account?

    There are some reasons for your account to be frozen, such as:

     

    Using the Gym computer

    Using the same device to log into multiple gympass accounts;

    - Using different devices to access your account.

    This happens so that we can ensure your safety!

     

    In order to unlock your account you will need to:

    1. Click on Login, then insert your registered information
    2. Select the option “Send unlock instructions”
    3. When you click on this option there will be a field for you to write e-mail in.
    4. Then click on “send unlock instructions”
    5. After that, check your e-mail inbox, and follow the instructions we sent you

    In this process you might need to change your password;

  • Reset your Password

    If you can't remember your password you can always request a reset from the login page:

    1. Head to the login page and enter your email,
    2. On the password page select 'Forgot your password?' from the options underneath.
    3. Enter the email linked to your Gympass account and you'll then receive an email with a link to reset your password.

    Remember your password must be at least 8 characters with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and either numbers or symbols.

  • Leaving a Gym Review

    To leave a review of a gym you've already visited:

    1. Head to the specific gyms page on either the Gympass app or website.
    2. Scroll to the 'Reviews' section.
    3. Rate the gym from 1 to 5 and leave a comment about your experience.

    If it's your first review with Gympass you'll also earn $2.50 credit when the review is published.
    *Please note you'll only receive the credit for a written review.

  • Referring a Gym

    To refer a gym that is not already a partner with Gympass:

    1. Login to your Gympass account via the Gympass app or website.
    2. Click on your name then select 'My Account' (desktop) or click 'Profile' (mobile).
    3. Select the option 'Refer a Gym' and enter the required information to submit the referral, the more information, the better.

     

    Once you've submitted the referral you'll be updated via email as the request progresses.

  • Referring a Company

    Through your account you can also refer other companies to offer Gympass to their employees.

    1. Login to your Gympass account via the Gympass app or website.
    2. Click on your name then select 'My Account' (desktop) or click 'Profile' (mobile).
    3. Select the option 'Refer a Company'
    4. Fill out the required information in the form and then 'Submit'.

     

    You'll receive communication from Gympass when we've made contact with the referred company.

  • How do I ask for my personal data?

    You can request a copy of your data registered on our website following the steps below:

    1. Login to your account, click on your name in the upper right corner of your screen F
    2. Click on “My Account”;
    3. In the upper left corner click on the option “Personal Data” in  the “Privacy” section

     

    You will receive an e-mail when we have our data ready :)
