You need to be logged into your account to change your e-mail. If you don't remember the e-mail registered and are unable to log in, please submit a request here for assistance.
You can change the email registered to your Gympass account to any email you wish. To do that or change your personal information, just follow the steps below.
- Login into your Gympass account
- Click on the down arrow next to your name in the app, or click on your name in the top right corner of the website screen and select Settings.
- Click on the Edit Profile option and then on Change email. Or update the personal information options available and confirm.
- Register your new email address and enter your password to confirm the change.
Your new email address is registered to your account! You just need to reset the password to continue accessing and enjoying Gympass.

You can request a copy of your personal information directly on our website at any time.
- Login into your Gympass account.
- Click on your name in the upper right corner.
- Then click on Settings.
- In the top left corner, select the Privacy option.
- Click on the option Personal Data and then on Request my data.
