Every 1st day of the month, invoices will be sent to the email registered, and will also be available on the HR Portal in the Payments section.
The current month’s invoices will be highlighted for better viewing. You can access them from the second day of the month on.
To access your company's invoice:
- Log into the HR Portal via site.gympass.com/us, and click on Billing.

Filter Invoice Type by Company Fee. In the date filter, choose the month for your search. The results will appear on the page.
- To download the invoice, click on the 3 dots in the Actions column and then on the Download invoice option.
Important Note
For companies with more than one CNPJ, a different invoice will be issued for each of them.
You can also access the Employee Fee via the HR Portal, which is the monthly price of the plan chosen and paid by the employee. To do so, follow the steps:
- Log into the HR Portal via site.gympass.com/us, and click on Billing.
- Filter Invoice Type by Employee Fee. In the date filter, choose the month for your search. The results will appear on the page.
- To download the invoice, click on the 3 dots in the Actions column and then on the Download invoice option.
