What to do if my company has a late or unsuccessful payment?

You can view your company's pending billings directly on the platform you use to manage the benefit.

💡 The available payment methods will appear on your account. Alternative payment methods are not available besides the ones listed for your company.

Choose below the method used by the company to make the payment:

Wire Transfer

You may submit the transfer again, and your payment will be updated.

Credit Card

You will need to update the credit card information following the step-by-step:

  1. Access the platform and, on the left menu, select Billing.

  2. Click on Update payment method.

  3. Select the payment method and fill in the requested information.

  4. Click Update and pay now, and you're done!
