How do I activate my plan?

To activate a Gympass plan, you must first register. Then, follow the step-by-step instructions below:

  1. Log in to the Gympass app.
  2. Choose a plan and click on Activate a plan or Get plan.
  3. Submit your payment info and select Subscribe.
  4. Click on Start my plan, and that's it!

💡 You will be billed monthly on the same date you activate your plan. It is not possible to change the billing date.

  Tip

Gympass plans are only available as a workplace benefit. You may only access through your employer or health insurance provider if they provide Gympass as a benefit.
