How do I access MyFitnessPal?

MyFitnessPal is a friendly food and nutrition in which you can make your own fitness and health decisions.

To access MyFitnessPal, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into the Gympass app and access the Explore tab. 
  2. Filter by Apps and select MyFitnessPal.
  3. Click on Activate and click on Sing up now!
  4. Select Continue and complete the information requested. 
  5. Once your account is created, download the MyFitnessPal app and log in to use the app.
I already have a MyFitnessPal membership and want to switch over to using it through Gympass

If you already have a MyFitnessPal account, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into the Gympass app and access the Explore tab. 
  2. Filter by Apps and select MyFitnessPal.
  3. Click on Activate and log in with your existing account.
  4. Download the MyFitnessPal app and log in again to use it.
