You need to have an active plan from Bronze to access Trainiac.
- Log in to the app and click Explore.
- Click Apps and search for Trainiac by Gympass and select Activate.
- Sign up using the same Gympass email and download the Traniac app.
- Fill out the requested information and choose your coach.
When reactivating a Gympass plan, please allow up to one business day for access to Trainiac to be restored.
