How do I use Trainiac with a Wellness Coach?

You need to have an active plan from Bronze to access Trainiac.

  1. Log in to the app and click Explore.
  2. Click Apps and search for Trainiac by Gympass and select Activate.
  3. Sign up using the same Gympass email and download the Traniac app.
  4. Fill out the requested information and choose your coach.

 Tip

When reactivating a Gympass plan, please allow up to one business day for access to Trainiac to be restored.
