• Creating an account

    To create an account:

    1. Head to the Gympass website and click on Register in the top right corner
    2. Enter the information required for your company then click Continue. For most companies, this will be a corporate email or employee ID
    3. Complete the rest of the required information and then Create Account

    Please remember that Gympass is only available for corporate users.

  • Blocked account

    Your account could be blocked for one of the following reasons:

    1. You have attempted login with incorrect credentials multiple times
    2. You have used a gym's computer or Wi-Fi to access Gympass
    3. Your mobile device has been used to log in to multiple Gympass accounts
    4. You have gone too long without a login with Gympass

    If your account is locked or blocked, you can attempt clearing the cookies and cache from your browser history to resolve the issue. If the problem persists please contact our Customer Experience team.

  • Reset your password

    If you can't remember your password you can always request a reset from the login page:

    1. Head to the login page and enter your email
    2. On the password page select Forgot your password? from the options underneath
    3. Enter the email linked to your Gympass account and you'll then receive an email with a link to reset your password

    Remember your password must be at least 8 characters with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and either numbers or symbols.

  • Deleting your Gympass account

    If you wish to delete all your data and account with Gympass:

    1. Login to your Gympass account via the Gympass app or website
    2. Click on Profile (on the website click your name in the top right corner first)
    3. Scroll to the privacy section and select the option Delete data
    4. Select the option Request to have account deleted and confirm the request

    Please note you'll need to enter your password in order to do this.

    Please also be advised that it can take up to 90 days for your data to be fully removed from the Gympass systems.

    If you have a corporate account related to a company, your data may be sent to Gympass again via your company's HR.

  • Leaving a gym review

    To leave a review of a gym you've already visited:

    1. Head to the specific gyms page on either the Gympass app or website
    2. Scroll to the Reviews section
    3. Rate the gym from 1 to 5 and leave a comment about your experience

    If it's your first review with Gympass you'll also earn £2.50 credit when the review is published.
    *Please note you'll only receive the credit for a written review.

  • Referring a gym

    To refer a gym that is not already a partner with Gympass:

    1. Login to your Gympass account via the Gympass app or website
    2. Click on Profile (on the website click your name in the top right corner first)
    3. Select the option Refer a gym and enter the required information to submit the referral (the more information, the better)

    Once you've submitted the referral you'll be updated via email as the request progresses.

  • Referring a company

    Through your account you can also refer other companies to offer Gympass to their employees.

    1. Login to your Gympass account via the Gympass app or website
    2. Click on Profile (on the website click your name in the top right corner first)
    3. Select the option Refer a company
    4. Fill out the required information in the form and then Submit

    You'll receive communication from us when we've made contact with the referred company.

  • Request your data with Gympass

    If you wish to see a record of your data with Gympass:

    1. Login to your Gympass account via the Gympass app or website
    2. Click on Profile (on the website click your name in the top right corner first)
    3. Scroll to the privacy section and select the option Delete data
    4. From here, you can request all your data from Gympass be downloaded and emailed to you
