To change your personal information, just follow the steps below.
- Log in to your Gympass account
- Click on the down arrow next to your name in the app, or click on your name in the top right corner of the website screen and select Settings.
- Click on the Edit Profile option to update the personal information options available.
- Enter your password to confirm the change and that’s it.
Remember to keep your information up to date! That way, we can stay in touch with you whenever necessary. 🤸♀️
You can request a copy of your personal information directly on our website at any time.
- Log in to your Gympass account.
- Click on your name in the upper right corner.
- Then click on Settings.
- In the top left corner, select the Privacy option.
- Click on the option Personal Data and then on Request my data.
