How does the company cancel the Gympass benefit?

Select below the number of employees in your company:

1 to 500 employees

You can cancel the partnership contract directly on the Gympass for Companies platform.

  1. Log into clients.gympass.com.
  2. In the Subscription section, click on Cancel subscription at the bottom.
  3. Fill in the cancelation reason field, and click on Continue.
  4. Follow the next page's instructions, and read and accept the Terms & Conditions.

📌 Upon cancellation of the partnership, the active plans of your employees will also be canceled. The plans will remain active until the last day of their payment cycle.

The status of the contract cancellation can be viewed in detail on the Gympass for Companies Platform.

Note

The cancelation will be scheduled for 30 days after the request.

501 or more employees

To cancel the partnership, you need to contact your account executive.
