Gympass allows for our users to add family members to their Gympass plan as dependents on their account. Note: We are excited about this feature but some partnerships with companies do not allow for the addition of dependents on an account. If you do not see the option to add a dependent, it may be because the company you access Gympass through doesn't include dependents in their plan options.
- Make sure you have an active plan with Gympass. Dependents can only be added if you have an active plan and are an eligible employee for our benefit. If you are a dependent on someone else's plan, you are unable to add a dependent on your account.
- From the main page of the website after logging in or your App settings select “Add a dependent”
- You will need to select the plan level you wish your dependent to be at, add their email address, add their contact info, and submit payment info for them
- Once they are added to your plan, our system will send them an email so they can set up a password for their account and get started with Gympass
