You can update your payment method within the Gympass app. You will have the option to pay via card or payroll deduction depending on the company you access Gympass through. If you need to update the card on your or your account simply follow the below steps.
If you do not see the option for a payment method, it is not allowed per the terms of the contract with your employer. Remember that only corporate account holders can edit this information.
To update your payment method, follow the step-by-step below:
- Log into your account on the Gympass app or website.
- Click on the drop-down arrow on the app or if you are accessing via the website click on your name then Settings.
- Go to Payments Settings and click Payment Method. All current payment methods will be displayed.
- Select an existing card as a payment method or select New payment method at the bottom of the page to add a new one.
To disable an active payment method, click on the arrow next to the payment method and select Disab
