Account Holder
The available payment methods depend on the contract with your company, including:
💳 Credit card: for Account Holders and Family Members.
🧾Payroll: only for Account Holders.
Choose the version that most looks like your screen before proceeding:
To change your method of payment, follow the step-by-step below:
- Log in to your account and click on the arrow next to your name.
- Select Payments and then Payment method.
- Click New payment method and fill in the requested information.
💡 To change the payment method for dependents, click on the arrow next to their name and select the Dependents option.
Then, click the arrow next to the desired person's name, select Add new payment method, and fill in the requested information
📌 The Family Member's plan payment is managed exclusively by the Account Holder.
To change the payment method, follow the step-by-step:
- Log in to the app and click Profile.
- Click the gear icon in the screen's upper right corner, then click Account.
- Under Payments, select Payment Method, and then Add payment method.
- Fill in the requested information and click Add payment method.
You can choose which plans will be subscribed to each by clicking on the added payment methods.
The charge will be made via the selected method monthly on the date the plan was activated.
📌 The Family Member's plan payment is managed exclusively by the Account Holder.
