If you only want to stop your plan for a while, instead of canceling it remember that you have the option to pause your plan for up to 60 days.
If you still wish to proceed with the cancellation of your plan, please follow the steps below:
- In the app, log into your account and next to your name in the top corner, click the down arrow;
- Click on Plan Management;
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select the “Cancel plan” button and confirm;
- The cancellation of your plan will be scheduled for the last day of the billing cycle and you will be able to use it until then;
- You will receive a confirmation email* after the cancellation is registered.
Remember to cancel your plan at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date so it is processed correctly.
