How do I change my plan or my Family Member's plan?

You can change your plan or a Family Member' plan by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to the app.
  2. Then click on the arrow next to your name in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Select Plan Management to see your current plan and the options available. Or select Family Members to pick the person you want to change the plan for.
  4. Choose the new plan and click on the Change button to confirm.
  5. That’s it, the plan change is done. 🤸

Remember that the Account Holder is the only one able to change the Family Member's plan.
When upgrading a plan, the change and billing update occur immediately. In case of a plan downgrade, both the plan change and the billing will only happen at the beginning of your next cycle
