How do I change my plan or my Family Member's plan?

Follow the step-by-step below:

  1. Log in to the app.
  2. Click the arrow in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Select Plan management. For the Family Member, click on the Family tab and choose the desired Family Member.
  4. Choose the new plan and click on the Change button to confirm.

💰 If you choose a higher plan, the change and charging of the proportional price for the new choice are immediate. If it is a lower value plan, the change and the billing will only happen at the beginning of your next cycle.
