• How do I book a class?

    First, visit the gym profile where you'd like to book a class. If the gym allows you to book in advance on the Gympass app, we'll show you a calendar where you can pick your desired date and choose the class you'd like to attend. 

    Once you click Book, follow the prompts until the booking has been confirmed. If your booking shows as Processing or Rejected by the system, try reloading the page and rebooking the class.

     

    Pro tip: Save the gym as a favorite by clicking the heart symbol on the gym's profile. This way, it will show on your homepage and you can find it quickly.

     

    Important: When you book a class, we'll provide you with a cancellation window in which you can cancel your booking at no charge. If you cancel after this window expires or do not attend the class, you will be charged. Read more about our Cancellation Policy.

  • How far in advance can I book a class?

    We typically open the booking window 14 days before the day of the class.

    Gyms are able to set their own booking windows, so this can differ from gym to gym.

  • How do I cancel a booking?

    Your upcoming bookings will appear on your homepage. Just click on the class you’d like to cancel and you will be redirected to the gym's profile.

    Under the Activities, select the date and the class you’d like to cancel. Click Cancel and follow the prompts.

     

    Important: You can cancel any class at no charge if you do so within the cancellation window we provide when you book the class. If you cancel after the cancellation window expires, you will be charged the corresponding late-cancellation fee. Read more about our Cancellation Policy.

  • How late can I cancel a booking?

    You can cancel a booking at no charge within the cancellation window we provide when you book a class.

    If you cancel outside of the cancellation window, you will be charged the corresponding late-cancellation fee. Read more about our Cancellation Policy.

  • The gym cancelled the class I booked. What do I do?

    If the gym cancels the class you booked, you will not be charged.

    Once the class is cancelled, you will be able to book another class on the same day.

  • Can I edit my bookings?

    We currently don’t provide an editing option. What you can do is cancel your booking (learn how to do that) and book a new class for the same date.

    If you cancel your booking outside of the cancellation window we provide when you book the class, you will be charged the corresponding late-cancellation fee. Read more about our Cancellation Policy.

     

     

  • Why was I charged a fee for cancelling a booking?

    You can cancel any class at no charge if you do so within the cancellation window we provide when you book the class.

  • Why was I charged a fee for not attending a class that I booked?

    If you don't attend a class you booked, you will be charged a no-show fee in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. This fee varies depending on the gym. Our partners rely on your attendance to guarantee a high-quality experience.

    We created our Cancellation Policy to help them keep their classes running smoothly.

     

    Important: Checking in on our app is how our system knows you have attended a class. If you book a class and attend, but you don't check in when you arrive, we will not be able to verify you attended and you will be charged a no-show fee.

  • How does the Cancellation Policy work?

    Our Cancellation Policy allows you to cancel any of your bookings at no charge as long as you do so within the cancellation window we provide when you book a class. This window of time will vary from gym to gym.

     

    • If you cancel outside of the cancellation window, you will be charged the corresponding late-cancellation fee.
    • If you forget to cancel the booking and don't attend the class, you will be charged the corresponding no-show fee.

  • If I book a class, do I still have to check in at the gym or studio?

    Yes. Booking the class only reserves your spot. When you arrive, you still need to check in on the Gympass app, even if the gym marks you as attended.

  • I checked in, but I was still charged a no-show fee. What do I do?

    If you checked in for the class you booked, but the gym forgot to validate your check-in, please let us know.
