    In order to use Gympass, after activating your plan, you will be able to check-in on the facility you have interest and use. You can go to the gym once a day.

  • Including a Family Member

    In order to add a family member you will need to:

    1. Have an active plan with us.
    2. With the family member information, you only need to login to your account and in the main page you will find the option “Add family member”
    3. By clicking there you will be directed to a form in which you will need to fill out with the family member information, after complete, just click on “Send” an account will be created for your family member.

  • How do I buy my plan?

    In case you still don’t have an active plan, please follow the steps below:

    1. Access our website
    2. Insert your corporate e-mail, employee number or any other information requested to validate your access to the website
    3. After finishing your registration, you will be able to see the plans and gyms available on each plan. Then, simply choose the plan that suits you best and activate it!

     

    The payment method can be credit/debit card or payroll discount, depending on the internal procedure defined by your company.

  • Activating the plan for the family member

    To activate a plan for your family member don’t forget you need to have an active plan and then follow the steps below:

    1. Access your account
    2. Click on “How it Works”;
    3. Scroll down until you find the option “Add Family Member” 
    4. Chose the Family member plan and click on “buy plan”

     

    All set, you’ve just finished purchasing a plan for your family member! From now your you will be the one managing the plan for him or her, being able to upgrade and downgrade, or even canceling.

  • Automatic Renewal

    The Unlimited package plans are renewed automatically every month, if not canceled. Please find below the part of our terms and conditions that mention it:

    • Auto-Renewal for Unlimited Day Pass Package. Unless you opt out of auto-renewal, which can be done through your account settings, any purchases of Unlimited Day Pass Packages will be automatically extended for successive monthly renewal periods of the same duration as the subscription term originally selected, at the then-current non-promotional rate. To change or resign your Unlimited Day Pass Package at any time, go to your account settings. If you terminate an Unlimited Day Pass Package, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current term and your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. However, you won't be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period. If you do not want to continue to be charged on a recurring monthly basis, you must cancel the UNLIMITED DAY PASS PACKAGE through your account settings or terminate your GYMPASS account before the end of the recurring TERM. UNLIMITED DAY PASS PACKAGES cannot be terminated before the end of the period for which you have already paid, and except as expressly provided in these terms, GYMPASS will not refund any AMOUNTS that you have already paid.

  • How to change my plan?

    To change your plan you will need to:

    2. Click on Profile on the bottom right corner.
    3. Click on My Plan and select Manage my Plan.
    4. You will be able to View/Change/Cancel your plan

  • How to change my payment method?

    Via app

    1. Access your account with your login and password.
    2. Click on Profile on the bottom corner.
    3. Click on Financial and then select Payment Method.
    4. You will be able to View/Change/Add your payment method.

    Via website

    1. Access your account with your login/password by clicking on the Menu Bar on the upper right corner.
    2. Click on your Name on the upper right corner.
    3. Click on Financial and then select Payment Method.
    4. You will be able to View/Change/Add your payment method.

  • How to cancel my plan?

    Need to cancel your plan?

    1. Access your account with your login and password.
    2. Click on Profile on the bottom right corner.
    3. Click on My plan and select Manage my plan. You will be able to View/Change/Cancel your plan. Your cancellation will be scheduled and you will not be charged on the next billing cycle.
