• How to search for a gym

    To search for gyms in your local area log into your Gympass account and head to the Gyms page. You can refine your search by city, postcode, activity type or price using the advanced filter.

  • How do I enter a gym?

    Once you’re at the gym, simply open the Gympass app and enable location services.

    Checking in is easy and fast:

    • Open the app
    • Click on check-in on the bottom
    • Select the gym you are at and the activity you’d like to do
    • Enjoy the session

     

    A few tips for your first time:

    1. Checking in is the way our system understands you have attended a certain gym, so make sure you remember to do it
    2. You have one check-in available per day — this means you can work out every day
    3. Once you check in, show your phone to the front desk so they can validate your check-in
    4. Don’t worry, if you check in and the gym forgets to validate it, it will still record that you attended the class

  • Reviewing check-ins (total of gym/studio visits)

    To check your validations (how many times you use Gympass, when and where) is quite easy:

    1. Click on "Profile" on the bottom right corner.
    2. Click on My plan and select Check-ins. You will be able to review your gym/studio visits.

     

    Reviewing check-ins via website:

    1. Access your account with your login/password by clicking on the Menu Bar on the upper right corner.
    2. Click on your Name on the upper right corner.
    3. Click My plan and select Check-ins. You will be able to review your gym/studio visits.

  • Using Gympass Abroad

    When abroad you will be able to use Gympass and access gyms that are available in your plan in two different ways:

    1. If you go to a country that has the same currency as your own, there will be no adjustments in the amount of your unlimited plan prices and you can use gyms as normal.
    2. If you go to a country where the currency is different from your own, the price of your unlimited plan will decrease by 10% due to the exchange currency. Rates are updated daily so you need to be aware of the value of your plan on a daily basis if you plan on using gyms in these countries.
