Gympass offers Personal Training through our platform as well as through the app Trainiac by Gympass. Personal Trainers wishing to join Gympass can join the platform best suited for them.
Personal Training on Gympass:
Allows trainers to book 1-1 with clients. You have the freedom to choose your availability and Gympass members book 30 min slots within those hours. When the training session starts, you will be able to video chat with the Gympass member and train them virtually.

Personal Training on Trainiac by Gympass:
Allows you to craft individualized weekly workout plans for each user and have a 1-1 weekly check-in with them. The Trainiac by Gympass app also allows you to track their progress throughout the week and message them. All Trainiac by Gympass trainers must have certification through ACE, NSCA, ACSM or NASM.
