Access to Equinox clubs starts on our Diamond Plan level, and you need to request access to the Equinox you want to visit before going. Our gym search feature provides an easy way to locate the Equinox clubs near you.
Once you locate the Equinox club you desire to visit, click on its page on the Gympass app and simply follow the link to request access to this location.
For every new Equinox club you wish to visit, you will need to submit a form requesting access.
If you need to upgrade to the Diamond Plan, you can upgrade your plan level at any time.
Our team will work with Equinox to grant you access to this location and you will receive an email from Equinox within 2 business days once you can access the club.
Check-in: when arriving at the gym, you will simply check in on the Gympass app and scan your Equinox app at the front desk. 😄
