Gympass plans work as a rolling membership. Your plan will renew automatically monthly until you choose to cancel or pause it. Check out here how the plan billing works.
If you are eligible for a refund, bear in mind that refunds are processed as:
- Gympass Credit
The fastest way to receive a refund is through Gympass Credit, and this option is available for all refunds. Our CX Support team can credit the refund amount back to your Gympass account, which will then be applied to the next charge.
- Debit/Credit Card Refund or Direct Debit
If the charge in question was made on a credit/debit card, we can refund the charge directly back onto the card. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 or more business days for you to receive the refund.
