I’ve had an issue with my Live Class, PT Session, or Wellness Coach chat. How should I report it?

We are sorry to hear that you were not able to attend your class! If you are having trouble connecting to your class, the instructor did not show up, the link is not working, or you are encountering any other issues, you may regain your check-in for the day by following the below steps:
  1. Access your account on the Gympass app and go to the scheduled class.
  2. You will see a pop-up giving you the option to join or report an issue. Click on Report an issue and follow the instructions on the screen.
  3. Once we receive your feedback, you’ll have the chance to book another class for the same day. 
  4. On our side, we’ll make sure to get in touch with the gym or the instructor to fix the issue for next time.
