If you are having trouble connecting to your class, the instructor did not show up, or you are facing any other issues, you may regain your check-in for the day by following the steps below:
- Access your account on the Gympass app and go to the scheduled class.
- You will see a pop-up giving you the option to join or report an issue.
- Click on Report an issue and follow the instructions on the screen.
- Once we receive your feedback, you’ll have the chance to book another class for the same day.
