Plans can change and you always have the option to cancel a class. We ask you to cancel the class before the gym’s deadline for cancellations which can be found in the booking confirmation email.
A charge of $20 for each no-show or late cancellation up to your plan's cap on fees will be applied to the next month’s invoice. See Terms for details.
If you cancel after the gym's deadline, the class will be considered a late-cancel and you will be charged a late-cancel fee, and lose your ability to book another class for that day.
All our partners rely on your attendance, need a bit of preparation time, and look forward to seeing you in their classes. We ask that you make any changes to bookings in a timely manner so our partners can be properly prepared for their classes.
Important: for Personal Training sessions, please take into account that the personal trainer is saving a full half an hour only for you! For this reason, we would like to ask you to cancel this type of session at least 5 hours in advance. 🧘♀️
