What are personal training sessions and how do I book one?

Live classes can come in many shapes, but we thought you’d love to have personal training sessions, so here they are. Personal trainers are a great way to start your wellness journey when you are a beginner, or boost your experience when you are at a more advanced level. 

These sessions are 1:1 between you and a qualified personal trainer (isn’t that amazing?). You can access up to 8 sessions a month and each session is 30 minutes long.

Personal trainers can be accessed through the app by opening the Explore Tab where you can view top personal trainers or select Personal Training at the top of the screen to book your trainer by time. Currently you can only book personal training within the app.
