How do I reactivate a paused plan?

A plan must be paused for a minimum of 15 days before it is reactivated. When you pause your plan, you must select a return date when your plan will automatically reactivate. If you wish to reactivate your paused plan before the previously scheduled return date, follow these steps:

1. Log into your Gympass Account

2. On the homepage, you will see the option to “Reactivate your Plan” or you can visit your Manage Plan settings to view this option*

3. Simply click “Reactivate Plan Now” then confirm you wish to reactivate your plan. Welcome Back!

 

*Note: This option will only appear if your plan has been paused for 15 days. If you wish to unpause your plan earlier, contact CX through our chatbot or by submitting a request below.
