How do I reactivate a paused plan?

A plan must be paused for a minimum of 15 days before it is reactivated through our app and website. Our team can assist with reactivating paused plans if they have been paused for less than 15 days.

  • If this is your plan has been paused for less than 15 days, please, click on How can I help you? and type in talk to an agent. 🙂
  • If it has been more than 15 days that you last paused your plan, just follow the steps below to unpause it yourself.
  1. Log into your Gympass Account.
  2. On the homepage, you will see the option Reactivate your Plan (you can also visit your Manage Plan settings to view this option).
  3. Click Reactivate Plan Now, then confirm you wish to reactivate your plan.

It is important to know that this option will only appear if your plan has been paused for 15 days. If you wish to reactivate your plan earlier, please contact our team via chatbot or by submitting a request below. 👍
