If you need some time to get your daily routine back on track but don't want to cancel your plan, pausing it for a while is ideal.
On our App or website, you can request for your plan to be paused for a period between 15 - 60 days. You can also submit a request through the help center to have any Family Member’s plan paused. The pause will take effect the next day so make sure to request your pause a day before you would like it to start.
Remember that during the pause, your plan is not automatically renewed so you will not be charged. The amount that has already been charged for the current month (that was unused) will be credited to your Gympass account and can then be used when you decide to reactivate your plan.
