The best way to cancel a class is by accessing the Gym, Studio, or Personal Trainer page, selecting the day of your booked class, and clicking on Cancel. 🙂

You also can cancel the class by clicking straight on the email confirmation you receive after booking it. 

It is important to cancel the class within the deadline for late cancellations given by the gym. This is provided when you book the class. Late cancels may miss your check-in for the day. ✔️

Important: For personal training sessions, please take into account that the personal trainer is saving a full half an hour only for you! For this reason, we would like to ask you to cancel this type of session at least 5 hours in advance. 🧘‍♀️
