With our plans, you can work out at a gym or take a live virtual class once a day. However, the only way to access gyms and studios in person is by Gympass check-in.
There are a few reasons that can cause check-in errors in gyms. See what they are below:
Your plan may not be active
The gym or activity you want is not covered in your plan
You are not within 300 feet of the gym
You have passed the 20-minute check-in deadline for class reservations
We also recommend you make sure that:
You haven't already checked in on that day
You are logged in to the correct account
The gym displayed in the app is the same gym where you tried to check-in.
How Can I Make Sure The Check-In Will Work?
First, check all the points mentioned above and make sure everything is fine with your account.
The gym where you tried to check-in can also contact our Gym Relationship team via website chat to solve your problem.
If you are still unable to check-in, please get in touch through our Chatbot. It is always in the bottom right corner of the website and in the app through the Help Center option. If the check-in problem persists, the bot will transfer you to a support agent.
