I'm unable to register with Gympass, now what?

If you are having trouble creating your Gympass account, please double-check:

 

1. If you have already registered with Gympass - Our system will only allow one account to be created per email and you may have already registered with us

2. If you have access to Gympass - We are a workplace benefit provided by employers and some health insurance providers. The company you are accessing us through will need to grant you access to our service

3. If you have specific instructions - Some companies may require you to wait up to 30 days and others have specific registration instructions. May sure you are following the instructions provided by your employer or health insurance company

4. If your registration info is correct - Make sure the info you are providing such as employee ID or work email is typed correctly or the system may not recognize you as having access to Gympass
