- If you have already registered with Gympass: our system will only allow one account to be created per email and you may have already registered with us.
- If you are eligible to register: we are a workplace benefit provided by employers and some health insurance providers. The company you are accessing us through will need to grant you access to our service. Check with your HR if you are on the eligibility file before trying to register.
- If you have specific instructions: some companies may require you to wait up to 30 days and others have specific registration instructions. Make sure you are following the instructions provided by your employer or health insurance company.
- If your registration info is correct: make sure the info you are providing such as employee ID or work email is typed correctly or the system may not recognize you as having access to Gympass.
If you are accessing Gympass through Blue365 and can't register, please contact our team via chat at the bottom of the page, or by sending a request here.
If you have had any problems finalizing the registration or the purchase of your plan, such as an error processing card, please try again. This instability might happen on our website, and the payment might work if you try doing it via Gympass app.
