How do I add and activate a Family Member plan?

Some companies do not offer dependents as part of their benefit.

The company you access Gympass through determines who is eligible to be added as a dependent and pricing. If you have any questions, please contact your HR.

You can add up to 3 dependents and for each dependent you add you will need to pay an additional membership fee. You are allowed to add Family Members such as spouse and children.

📌It's important to know that dependents can only be added if you have an active plan and are an eligible employee for our plan benefit. If you are dependent on someone else's plan, you will not be able to add a dependent to your account. 

To add a Family Member as your dependent, follow the steps:

  1. Log in to the Gympass app or website and click on your name at the top. 
  2. Select Invite dependents and then Add a dependent.
  3. Select the plan your dependent wants to have, and add their email address and contact information.
  4. Submit the payment information requested.
  5. Once they have been added to your plan, our system will send them an email so they can set up a password for their account and begin using Gympass.

Once the dependent’s plan is active, they can check-in via their own phone and use the app to enjoy their benefit. 🤸

How much will adding a dependent cost?

To add dependents to your Gympass Plan you must pay an additional membership fee according to the plan chosen by your Family Member.

You can check the plan prices before purchasing a new membership for a Family Member.

  1. Log in to the Gympass app or website and click on your name at the top.
  2. Select Invite dependents and then Add a dependent to view the plan pricing.

The charge will only happen once you activate the dependent plan, through the payment method chosen.

Blue365 Users
You have access to add anyone listed as a dependent on your health insurance. They will create their own account through the Blue365 portal and not be considered a dependent on your Gympass membership.
