Choose the option Unlock your account
Enter your registered email and wait for the unlock email.
If this does not work, it is necessary to contact the support team to verify the reason for blocking. Some blocks can only be resolved by one of our agents. To do this, you can access the Chatbot and request assistance by asking to "Talk to an agent" or send a request at the bottom of the page.
