Using the Gym computer
- Using the same device to log into multiple gympass accounts;
- Using different devices to access your account.
This happens so that we can ensure your safety!
In order to unlock your account you will need to:
- Click on Login, then insert your registered information
- Select the option “Send unlock instructions”
- When you click on this option there will be a field for you to write e-mail in.
- Then click on “send unlock instructions”
- After that, check your e-mail inbox, and follow the instructions we sent you
