You can update your payment method within the Gympass app. You will have the option to pay via card or payroll deduction depending on the company you access Gympass through. If you need to update the card on file simply follow the below steps.
Log into your account on the Gympass app or website. Then click on the down arrow on the app or on your name then Settings on the website. Next, go to Payments Settings and click Payment Method. All current payment methods will be displayed and the option to add a new card. Select an existing card as a payment method or select to add a new card.

You can add a new card to your payment method if paying by credit card. It's important to know that most companies only allow payroll deduction or credit cards. If you do not see the option for a payment method, it is not allowed per the terms of the contract with your employer.
