Jessica is an avid runner. She typically runs a marathon every fall in addition to several 10ks throughout the year.
She has been interested in supplementing her running with weight training but doesn’t want to spend a lot of time creating workout plans. She also doesn’t want to attend classes.
With the Basic plan, she can access a variety of nearby gyms and fit training into her own schedule.

Bronze Plan: Life Time Fitness and SLT Live Classes
Megan is in her first year of teaching and has a strong passion for dance. To achieve an overall healthier lifestyle, she wants to have a simple meal plan and learn how to meal prep.
She only prefers to dance as her form of fitness and stress relief. With that said, Megan is open to both in-person and online options. With the Silver plan, she can get the best of both worlds.

Mark and Jen love working out together and both enjoy lifting. They also enjoy cooking healthy meals together. Mark and Jen also have a small child, so childcare is a must at the gyms they visit.
Jen occasionally takes classes on her own and has been interested in trying CrossFit a few times a week. Mark isn’t interested in anything other than weight lifting, but has a goal to quit smoking this year. He’s open to trying an app that helps with that.
