How To Add And Activate Family Member Plans On Gympass?

If the company you work for offers the option of adding family members, such as spouses and children, you have two ways to add them to Gympass.

 

Via Website

Sign in and click on the option

Add a Dependent on the home page

Then select Add a Dependent

Choose a plan and fill in your dependent's details

Finally, click Purchase plan and complete the payment steps And that is it! When the payment is complete, your Family Member’s plan will be activated. They will receive an email to set up a password and access their account.

 

Via App

Sign in and click on the down arrow next to your name

Then click on Dependents and the Add Dependents button

Choose a plan and fill in the details

Click the Purchase plan option and complete the payment steps And that is it! When the payment is complete, your dependent's plan will be activated. They will receive an email to set up a password and access their account.

 

It is important to keep in mind: Gympass Family Member plans are managed by their Account Holder (the person who activated their plan), therefore, only the members can cancel, change, or pause Family Member plans.
