If you have an active Gympass plan, you can cancel it at any time.
There are 2 ways for canceling your plan.
1. Deactivate your plan for a short period.
Gympass offers the option to pause plans for a period that goes up to 30 days.
Benefits of pausing:
- You can reactivate your plan after the pause period.
- If you have dependents in your plan, their plans will not be affected.
- You can pause more than once if necessary and always have your Gympass account awaiting you.
2. Cancel your plan permanently.
Only account holders can request plan cancelations.
To cancel your Gympass plan:
- Sign in to the Gympass app or website.
- Click down the arrow next to your name.
- Select Plan management — if you don’t see Plan management, access your account via the Gympass website and click Settings > Manage plan.
- Click Cancel plan > Confirm.
💡 Make sure you fill out the information requested for proceeding with the cancelation.
You should receive 1 email confirmation at the end of the request and another 1 on the day of the cancelation.
💸 Gympass DOES NOT charge any fees to cancel your plan.
When you open a cancelation request, the change may not be immediately reflected on your Gympass account.

What happens when you cancel your plan?
By canceling your plan:
- Your dependents' plans are automatically canceled too.
- You lose access to all of our benefits, including Partner Apps premium accounts.
You can only cancel a paused plan by opening a request for our team. Make sure to inform all information necessary to identify you.
💡 Open your cancelation request here.
- Sign in to the Gympass app or website.
- Click down the arrow next to their name on the top left corner of the screen.
- Select Dependents > Name of the person.
- Click Plan Management > scroll down to Cancel plan.
💡 If your plan payment is due on May 5th, and you canceled it on May 10th, you can use it until June 5th. From June 6th on, you will no longer be able to check in as charges will stop.
