To pause your family member's plan, you need to contact our team by sending a request here.
Remember that the plan can be paused for 15 to 60 days and that the amount of the plan that has been paid and not used, returns as a credit to the account of the plan holder.
To cancel the dependents plan, the account holder needs to follow the steps below:
1. Sign in on the app
2. Then click on the arrow next to your name in the top left corner of the screen
3. Click on Dependents and choose the person you want to cancel the plan
4. Click on Plan Management then scroll down to Cancel plan
