How can I pause my family member’s plan?

Our team would be happy to assist you with pausing a Family Member's plan. Please submit a request or request to speak to an agent through our chatbot. You will need to provide the name of the family member and the length of the pause (anywhere between 15 to 60 days). You can also review the terms for pausing a plan in the Gympass Terms. Our Live classes and Personal trainers are great options for users to work out if going to in-person gyms isn't an option right now. We also have a network of Partner Apps offering on-demand fitness and wellness
