Gympass Wellness Coach is a way to help you improve your health and well-being. This service provides you with access to qualified professionals to guide you with healthy eating habits to choosing the best physical activities for you. Whether you are just starting a wellness and wellbeing journey or you have an established routine, a Wellness Coach can help you understand the best ways to utilize Gympass to achieve your goals.
To schedule a chat with the Gympass Wellness Coach, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to the Gympass app
- Click on the Explore option, at the bottom;
- Drag and select the Gympass Wellness Coach option at the top of the app;
- Now select/choose your date and time and click “Book” at the bottom of the app;
- It’s all done! You have successfully scheduled your chat with the Gympass Wellness Coach.
As soon as you book the chat, you will receive a confirmation email containing a pre-session questionnaire link. It is important to complete this survey so the Wellness Coach can learn more about you.
Once you have had your 30-minute, one-on-one session, you will receive your personalized wellness plan prepared by the coach by email. Note that it’s possible to book a follow-up session to track your progress and continue to receive support from the Wellness Coach. You are entitled to 8 sessions per month.
Can Anyone Schedule A Chat With A Gympass Wellness Coach?
You must have an active Gympass plan to use the benefits provided by the Gympass Wellness Coach.
It’s important to note that although this session counts as your check-in for the day, you are still able to exercise as normal and can use Gympass Wellness partners.
