    Gympass Wellness is a digital platform offering a variety of services and products, from online workouts such as running, spinning, yoga, HIIT, and many more to tailored nutritional plans and even meditation. Our partner network is also growing every day to offer you as much variety as possible.

    A single subscription to Gympass Wellness will give you unlimited access to these digital platforms, and you can enjoy your first 60 days for free by using the code received by email!

  • How do you join?

    To join Gympass Wellness, access the promotional link you received by email and visit our home page to find out about our partners and the offer.

    Then follow these steps to get setup:

    • Enter your personal information as requested in the form and click subscribe. You should enter the same information you have in your Gympass account.
    • Next you'll need to enter your promotional code, if you haven't received one, you can request it by writing to help.wellness-uk@gympass.com.
    • You will then be redirected to a confirmation page, which provides information on how to activate each application. Simply follow the activation instructions for the application you wish to use and you'll be able to start immediately.
    • You will also receive an email with your subscription information and how to activate each application. We recommend that you keep this somewhere safe, as you'll need to refer to it if you wish to activate other applications in the future.

    Please keep in mind that you must have an active and paid plan with Gympass in order to use Gympass Wellness.

    If you're using 8fit with Gympass Wellness please also ignore the activation page that mentions 3 months free as this is not a valid offer with Gympass.

  • Can you use Gympass Wellness without an active Gympass plan?

    All Gympass Wellness members must have a paid and active plan with Gympass in order to use the service, so if you don't have an active plan you won't be able to use it.

  • How do you use the different partner applications?

    In the email you received confirming your successful subscription to Gympass Wellness, you received detailed setup information or each of the partner applications offered. If you wish to start using a new partner application please refer to this email on how to setup that application.

  • How many applications can you use on Gympass Wellness?

    The only restriction with Gympass Wellness is that you can't use more than 3 partner applications within one day. You are free to use the full range of applications offered at any time as long as you do not exceed the limit of 3 per day. You also have complete freedom to change applications as much as you like, so you're not locked into using just one.

    We're working all the time to increase the offering of partner applications on Gympass Wellness, so if a new partner joins we'll inform you by email so you can be kept up to date.
