• How can I book a class?

    In order to book a class you need to visit the gym profile where you’d like to book a class. Here we’ll show you a calendar where you can pick your desired date and choose the class you’d like to attend.

    Once you click on Book, you can just follow the flow until the booking shows as confirmed.

     

    Pro tip: Save the gym as favourite (by clicking on the Heart symbol), this way it will show on your Homepage and the Booking will be quicker.



    Important

    We are constantly improving our booking experience, and as of today there are cases in which the booking shows as Processing or Rejected by the system. If this happens, try to reload the page or re-book the class.

    We apply fees for cancelling out of the notice period, or for not attending the class, as per our Cancellation Policy, so make sure you book a class you’d really like to attend.

     

  • How far in advance can I book a class?

    We usually open the booking window 14 days before the day of the class.

    There might be differences depending on the gym, considering that they can set their own booking window. In case you can’t book a class because the booking appears as not open yet, please reach out to the gym.

  • How can I cancel a booking?

    Your upcoming bookings are shown on your homepage. Just click on the class you’d like to cancel and you will be redirected to the gym profile.

    Under the Activities section select the date and the class you’d like to cancel and click on Cancel.

     

    Important: According to our Cancellation Policy, you may cancel any class for free only if this is done respecting the gym’s notice period. You are advised of such notice period when booking. In case you cancel the class out of the notice period, you will be charged the corresponding late-cancellation fee.

  • Until when can I cancel a booking?

    You can cancel a booking anytime you want. If you do so respecting the notice period advised when booking, cancelling the booking will be free.

     

    On the other hand, if you happen to cancel a booking out of the notice period, you will be charged the corresponding late-cancellation fee, as mentioned on our Cancellation Policy.

  • The gym cancelled the class I booked. What can I do?

    If the gym cancels the class you were meant to attend, you don’t need to worry about any possible fees.

    We understand this may cause you some trouble, which is why once the class is cancelled, you will be able to book another class for the same day.

     

  • Can I edit my bookings?

    As of today, we don’t provide an editing option. What you can do is cancel your booking (see here how to do it), and book a new class for the same date.

     

    If you cancel your previous booking out of the notice period, you will be charged the corresponding late-cancellation fee, as mentioned on our Cancellation Policy.

  • Why was I charged a fee for cancelling a booking?

    According to our Cancellation Policy, you may cancel any class for free only if this is done respecting the gym’s notice period. You are advised of such notice period when booking.

     

    If you cancel the class out of the notice period, you will be charged the corresponding late-cancellation fee.

  • Why was I charged a fee for not attending a class I had booked?

    Our partners rely on your attendance when setting up for their classes; to help them work smoothly, while not losing revenue, we have created a Cancellation Policy that applies to all our users.

    According to our Cancellation Policy, not attending a class previously booked will result in a no-show fee. The amount of the fee may vary depending on the gym attended.

     

    Important: Checking in on our app is how our system understands you have attended a certain class. If you book a class and you attend it, but you don’t check in upon arrival, you will also be charged a no-show fee. In fact, we won’t be able to verify you have actually attended.

  • How does the class cancellation policy work?

    You can cancel all your bookings for free just by respecting the notice period. The notice period is advised at the time of booking a class, and since it is set by the gym partners, it will vary depending on the gym.

    On the other hand, if you cancel the booking out of the notice period, you will be charged the corresponding late-cancellation fee. It’s also important that you attend the class you booked; in case you can’t attend, but you forget to cancel your booking, you will be charged the corresponding no-show fee.

  • Does booking a class replace checking in?

    Booking a class only does not replace checking in at any time. Booking the class you desire to attend only makes sure you are reserved a spot for such a class.

    Upon arrival, you are required to check-in on our app. This way our system will understand you actually attended, will update your check-in strikes, but most importantly, you won’t be charged a no-show fee.

  • I was charged a no-show fee but I checked in. What can I do?

    If you checked in a class you had booked but the gym forgot to confirm your check in, please let us know.

    We will make sure to get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
