What does "partially available in my plan" mean?

After activating your plan*, plans for each location will no longer be displayed and instead, the gym's availability status will appear on the screen. In this case, the options are:

  • Available in your plan: you can check in at the gym.
  • Partially available in your plan: some activities offered by the gym or studio, are not covered by your plan, and you need to upgrade it to have access to these.
  • Unavailable in your plan: none of the activities offered by the gym or studio are available in your plan, and you will also need to upgrade it to have access.

Another option is to check the gyms within each plan by logging into your profile. Select Plan management, then View included gyms.

* The number of plans available to users will depend on the company's contract with Gympass, as well as how many times you can change plans in a year.
