The first step to cancel the Gympass benefit is to contact our team by submitting a request via the Help Centre or contacting your account executive, the person who handles your company's contract with Gympass. You will need to inform us of the reason for terminating the contract.
By letting us know the reasons that led to your company cancelling the Gympass service, we are able to better understand what may not be working and help us improve our services. Please refer to the terms of your contract with us for any applicable notice period.
If the cancellation process goes through, our team will proceed with the termination of the contract and will explain to the HRs the details of the cancellation process for employees who have active Gympass plans.
