If you are having trouble connecting to your class, the instructor did not show up, the link is not working, or anything that comes to your mind, make sure to let us know.
You just need to access your app while the class is supposed to be live. A pop up will show to you, giving you an option to join or report an issue. Click on Report an issue and follow the instructions on screen.
Once we receive your feedback, you’ll get the chance to book another class for the same day. On our side, we’ll make sure to get in touch with the gym or the instructor to fix the issue for next time. 👍
