If you are having trouble connecting to your class, the instructor did not show up, the link is not working, or anything that comes to your mind, make sure to let us know.
During the time of the session, you may regain your check-in for the day by following the steps below:
- Access your account on the Gympass app and go to the scheduled class.
- You will see a pop-up giving you the option to join or report an issue.
- Click on Report an issue and follow the instructions on the screen.
- Once we receive your feedback, you’ll have the chance to book another class for the same day.
On our side, we’ll make sure to get in touch with the gym or the instructor to fix the issue next time.
