Canceling a class is your right and also the gym's right, as and when necessary. Nevertheless, when you can't attend a class, or a Personal Training session, we ask that you cancel the booking via the Gympass app or website. Our partners rely on your attendance and need a bit of preparation time in addition to looking forward to seeing you in their classes.
For these reasons, we may charge fees in case of late cancellations and no-shows.
