Live classes with personal trainers are a great way to work on your wellness journey.
These classes are one on one sessions with a qualified personal trainer, and you can access up to 8 classes* of 30 minutes per month.
Personal trainers have their own profile page, where you can schedule your classes and view what they specialize in.
To book a class, you just have to access our App and follow the next steps:
- Click on the Explore icon at the bottom of the screen;
- Then click on the option Personal training where available options for times and classes will be displayed;
- Choose the time and day, and click on Book;
- You will receive a confirmation email for the booked class and an access link for the time of your session. Now all you need to do is enjoy your class!
*Each Gympass plan offers a different number of classes with a Personal Trainer.
