How often and how long can I pause my plan for?

If you need to take a break from Gympass but don't want to cancel your plan, you can choose to pause your plan.

On our App or website, you can request to pause your plan for a minimum of 15 days up to a maximum of 60 days.
You can pause your plan once every 6 months.

Remember that while your plan is paused, it will not renew, so there is no monthly billing. When your plan is paused, you'll receive a pro-rated credit in your Gympass account on any days you've paid for but are unable to use. This credit will go towards your first monthly payment, including any charges related to family member plans that you manage. This means you won’t lose money if you decide to pause your plan in the middle of your billing month.
