How do I Pause my Plan?

To pause your plan, simply log into your Gympass account and click on Plan Management:

  1. At the bottom of the page, click on Pause plan*.
  2. Then click on Select return date to continue your pause. You can pause your plan for a minimum of 15 days up to a maximum of 60 days. You can pause your plan once every 6 months.
  3. Choose the dates you want and click pause. The pause will start the day after the date of request.
  4. Once you select the return date, your pause will be confirmed. You will receive an email with the pause confirmation.

You can pause your plan for a period of 15 to 60 days and the pause period starts the day after your request. This means that you can't schedule your pause for 6 months from now, you must request the plan pause the day before you want the pause to start. At the end of the pause period, the plan is reactivated automatically. An email is sent 7 days before to remind you that the plan will be reactivated.

When your plan is paused, you'll receive a pro-rated credit in your Gympass account on any days you've paid for but are unable to use. This means you won’t lose money if you decide to pause in the middle of your month and won't be charged while your plan is paused.
