Request the first pause through the app. After the first time paused, request it by clicking here.
If you wish to request a pause of your plan for the first time, follow the step-by-step:
- Log in to the app, click on the down arrow next to your name, and then on Plan management.
- Click on the Pause plan button at the bottom.
- Click on Select return date. You must select a start and an end date — it can be from 15 to 60 days.
- Choose the dates you want and click on Pause.
The pause will start on the day following the requested date.
After the end of the pause period, the reactivation of the plan happens automatically. An email is sent 7 days before the plan's reactivation.
