My plan is about to reactivate, but I don’t feel ready. Can I extend the pause?

If you have paused your plan and the pause period is almost over, but you still don't want to reactivate your plan, you might be allowed to extend the pause.

At Gympass, you can pause your plan between 15 and 60 days. If you have already paused for 30 days, you are still able to pause your plan for an additional 30 days before resuming the plan.
To extend the pause, just contact our team via chat — which appears in the lower right corner, both on our website and in the app — or by sending a request here.
