You can't edit a booking. However, you can cancel a booked class and schedule another one that fits the best time for you.
To cancel the class:

Sign in to the Gympass app

Go to the gym, studio, or Personal Trainer page and select the day booked.

Click on Cancel.
You can also cancel the class by clicking straight on the email confirmation you received after booking it.
📌 If you cancel outside the time frame allowed by the gym or studio, you will be charged a late cancellation fee and will lose your daily check-in.
💡 If you can't attend the class and forget to cancel, the daily check-in will be used, and you will not be able to access another class or partner on that day.
You will not miss that day's check-in or receive any late cancellation fees if this happens.
📧 You will be emailed if a class is canceled, and you will be free to book another class on the same day.
Tip
🧘♀️ Please take into account that the Personal Trainer is saving a full half an hour only for you!
For this reason, we would like to ask you to cancel this type of session at least 5 hours in advance.
